    This is a fraud # for Spectrum..Samuel will say he will call u back from 817-210-3781. He will order u a $1,033 Spectrum phone. U will have to close all your bank accounts if he obtains your debit card # which I fell for scam and had to do.. I was calling in an outage for my Spectrum and Internet somehow I called above number. he is good he will say u need all new equipment that will cost u $9.00 up front, than he will order u a phone and send threatening messages I have to sign for the phone or else.
