Cement board is the one line with two independent sellers behind it. They land 19 cents apart. Everything else is a single listing.
Waterproofing and uncoupling are not the same product. A sheet membrane keeps water out of the assembly. An uncoupling membrane keeps substrate movement out of the tile.

That is what an employer pays an employee, not a bill rate. The survey leaves out the self employed.
Diagonal and herringbone mean more cuts and more waste. Large format means levelling, back buttering and a slower set.
