"Spent an hour on the phone, 48 minutes on hold, asking EXACTLY WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING with me to get my adopted sons SS card taken care of. Verified THREE DIFFERENT TIMES on what was required. Drove 3 freaking hours to find out I brought the wrong things with me because hes over 5 years old. I TOLD THEM HE WAS OVER 5 ON THE PHONE. Taxpayers money at its finest right there folks. Headed back to get the right stuff and do it again...???"

"Bored older man setting at the desk who is totally unenvolved and rude! Oh, Unless some young girl comes into the office. Then he perks up. Plus he is from out of state! Why not hire some poor local soul? I might add, that this is NOT their money we the public is enquiring about, but OURS! So, it would be nice if they showed more respect and consideration towards those needing to visit this office."
