B) Both times, the place was almost empty, and we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. So the original post below, based on the Monday after thanksgiving , is probably not typical.\n\nThe statement that 'People typically spend 25 min to 1 hr here' is seriously skewed by people with appointments vs walk-ins. Just left after waiting 40 minutes. There were ~35 other people already there, and they called 2 numbers the whole time. So: make an appointment, (unless you have an emergency, since it can take up to 21 days to get one)."
