"I've been struggling for 6 months, trying to get my back pay from my disability. The transition has caused many hardships & has been NEEDED! Not just wanted. From the start I received nothing but half a** information & complete laziness & incompetence. I've been in the office 3 times & spoke to 4 people on the phone, & every one of them, DIDN'T DO THEIR JOBS!!! Then the 3rd time I went into the office I found out that I was supposed to be there in person to process the issue holding it all up. Which I'd already been in twice and they didn't do the interview. I also found out that 3 of the people started the process but only did a fraction of what needed to be finished to complete it, so it was incomplete for months! I wish I could say that their staff is great...& yes their personalities were great & they were nice...but it's hard to ignore the fact that 5 people over a 6 month period were clueless or didn't care enough to do the right thing & HELP ME!. It's been another month since my last visit and still nothing."

"Go early, the waiting area fills up and stays pretty full all day."

"The Place is nearly packed. They have 14 stalls to help people. There are 3 workers there with open windows. I was there for someone else. I do not look forward to when I am older and actually have to deal with them for my own benefits. Inconsistency seems to be the theme when you try to get things done through Social Security. The people sometimes have the right answer but often tell you different things"

"if I could give this place an accurate review, it would be less than the one star that im doing. It is awful, legally having to contact these people is very similar to teaching a child their first vocabulary."
