"The person who attended the phone was a gentleman. When came to the office on 1/10 at 11.00 AM, first registration was at window 4. The lady at window 4 was not a welcoming type girl. She probably had a bad night at home? Customer service training may help her. When my number was called, I was directed to another gentleman Mr. Ralph. He explained everything in detail. Except for lady, all are professionals. I would have given 5 stars if that lady was friendly. Overall good."

"I have experienced in McAllen Social Security Office that I have been calling to SS office. I told him that I need to request an interpreter before setting up an appointment. After I was here SS Office, and the employee told me, 'Oh. I'm sorry and you can make another day.' SS office has been interpreter show up every Wednesdays. It should be any time to Monday to Friday for interpreter. SS Office should to provide vibration and VRI. SS office is not good place."
