"I waited 3 1/2 hours to see a person. When I finally did see a person, it took maybe 5 minutes to complete my name change. She was nice and professional. She did tell me it was unusually busy due to tax season, so I would recommend to NOT come now if you don't have to. The staff was friendly and trying to go as quick as possible, but it was chaotic."

"Please note that there are two entrances, the front is for benefits and the one to the right side of the building is for card changes like name and citizenship status change.\n\nThe staff seems very nice and I only had to wait 45 minutes and the process itself took unless than 5 minutes. Showing up before opening or an hour before closing is the best."

"I was there on July 1st to apply for my benefits. The line was kind of long but going fast. I was with my husband. The waiting time was acceptable. The lady who gave me all the instructions and information was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, and very helpful. I asked about her name: Mrs. Tamacas. I just want to thank to this lady and to this office for everything they doing for people. I was impressed."

"I went there for my sons disability thing. Signing in was easy, waited almost one hour till our turn at around 1.30 pm 9/27/19 we were called at window 27. A very young n pretty lady greeted us with a smile and i was surprised as to how intelligent and professional she was. We were done in less than 30 minutes. Officers like her, i wish they were in every department in United States."
