"I had a really great experience at this office. Went mid morning on a Monday for a new Social Security card. It helped that I had printed out my application and filled it out ahead of time. Also you want to have all your certified documents ready. The woman that helped me was polite and helpful."

"Our wait to be seen was relatively short considering we didn't have an appointment. Check-in is was easy, there is a small computerized check-in stand right as you walk into the waiting area. The instructions to use it are easy to follow. The employee that helped us was able to answer all of our questions and explain the process that is needed for my mother to apply for her retirement benefits. We do have to make an appointmnet go back one more time to finish everything up but it was a relatively painless process. \n\nOne star taken off the rating due to the parking situation. It would have been nice to have a sign telling you where to park. The small lot at the building is blocked off due to construction, so you have to park either along the street (metered) or in the parking garage that is used for the theater across the street (pay per hour)."

"Good part of visit lady who help me was very helpful and polite. Only down side on this day they only had so many windows open with employees helping people. And it took awhile before number was called to be helped."

"ssa.gov says I can call Monday thru Friday until midnight. When I called, they told me the office was closed and there is no one to speak to. (9:00 PM) They should update their website."

"Not sure why this office has so many bad reviews. I didn’t have an appointment and was still seen within ten minutes. The person I dealt with was super friendly and helpful."
