"Your GPS will lead you to the employee entrance and there's no signs to indicate it's the right building. Go around the block and park in the Citizens Bank across the way to avoid paying for parking. Go up the concrete stairs to the left of the building and make a right when you see a glass door. You'll know it's the right place when you see the reception desk and two police officers. To your left is the actual office which will actually have a sign over the door.\n\nOnce you do actually find the office though, the staff was at least quite helpful."

"The agent , Mark, who helped me with an application for Representative Payee, was very nice, patient and knowledgeable. When I realized that I wasn’t quite ready to complete the process, he said it was no problem and whenever I was ready to come back and they’d take care of it immediately. The wait time was about 20 minutes but depends how many are there ahead of you. When you get a number, the computer asks what you are there for and gives a ticket according to that, so different agents take care of different situations."

"SSA apparently doesn't read or reply to emails with regard to completed and returned 7162 forms to their office. I have returned both their original and 'Second Notice' forms, both registered with tracking numbers. I've E-mailed them several times to inform them also. Tracking shows them arriving and being signed for. So the 'lost in the mail' can be ruled out. I'm hoping the threat included in the forms, 'return within 45 days or your benefits may be discontinued' does not happen due to an in-house mail handling issue."

"The Extra help appeals are a total joke and border on fraud."
