"When I was at the Social Security office, I was there about 2:00 pm. It was rather busy. I was worried we would be there a long time!! Here it wasn't that bad at all. The staff have a very good system in place where they place you in categories according to your individual problems. I think it's a great way to keep people who just need to get a reward letter to a full review from being able to not get stuck behind. The only problem I have is with no outside drop off box. If you are off to a late start and need something turned in by a certain time you have to wait till they are open. Sometimes drop offs on the outside can save you from having problems with your benefits! Thank you."

"Very unhelpful. After going into the office and waiting to speak with a representative, I finally put in my request for a new card.\nAfter 30 days and having still not received one, I called and was told I'd have to go back to the office and reapply again.\nWhy am I taking time out of my day to correct their mistake?\nPerhaps you should hire some new people there as the current staff are rude, incompetent, and have no idea what they're doing."
