"i agree Steve Jackson. i give them only 3 stars, when i went with cousin months ago.\n\nSpeed it up,Rocky Mount!\nI have loved ones there, and i am here in NY, our offices are finally much more professional, faster as they realize, that people got things to do!\nFinally moving past several years, it is so much easier to stop in even at 3 and get waited on fast for your social sec card or benefit app etc.al., rocky mount is one of the slowest, and need to get better employees who truly 'care' to help, at a faster pace, not being a slow-poke. Make no sense.'"

"I went in on Monday to change my last name then had to go back on Tuesday after finding out from Rocky Mount DMV that my information hadnt been processed. Here it is Wednesday and the DMV still saying my information hasnt been processed. Now trying to call the Raleigh cause this is beyond crazy. DMV stated I should be able to do the changing of my license the next day"

"I was on hold my entire lunch break. The machine said I had an hour and a half wait. Why even have a phone? I went there last week and there was one worker up front and all the other Windows were closed. They should hire more people. There were 2 workers in the back. The workers appear to hate their jobs. No smiles in the whole building. Sad atmosphere."

"I didn’t have a personal issue with staff but it was so obvious these people are extremely overworked. There was one window open with a lobby full of people. The security officer in there was rude and disrespectful the was he spoke to people about being on their phone, the older people in there cackling were louder than the young lady who was on the phone."
