"Horrible the gentleman is unable to read apparently. Website states you need a birth certificate and school ID. Had both won't accept. Need to get medical record. He better have his Hipaa training and certifications up to date."

"Called the state agency to make a follow up, the lady answered my call and was told my application is just sitting in the local office per check on my application and as she checked on it there is nothing wrong with the application either should forwarded it to them so they can double check it but it's been sitting in the local office. I told her I haven't heard from them what to do next. Why they haven't forwarded it yet so it can keep moving...the lady answered, I'm confused too. So at the end of the call she gave me the local phone number. Eventually I called the local office, the man answered, and I introduced my named and purpose of the call. He replied, oh disability takes 5 months to process, but anyway I'll forward you to the lady who handles your application...in short, after all the call waiting and etc.. I was transferred, nobody answered, ended up leaving voicemail. That's how terrible my experience was. Just plain hopelessness and disappointment."

"Both people at the front were very nice and helpful! Painless experience, their website told me everything I needed so I was organized and ready to go. They answered all my questions and directed me to further information. \nLovely folks, one of the kinder government experiences I've had."
