"The hours on Wednesday are 9 to 12 and I arrive at 8:56 5he office is open and already 18 people waiting before me. "The wait can be somewhat mitigated by showing up early, having an appointment, and / or arriving right when they open. The staff I interacted with did a good job being friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the amount of staff who spoke Spanish. When you walk in, there are two machines you use to sign in. While there was a sign saying this, it wasn’t too noticeable. Several people missed it and stood around confused. Staff were too busy working to notice or correct their error. The people who were waiting normally did, so kudos to them. Better signage for the sign-in stations would be good, though. Over all, it’s a government office — it’s only going to be so good — but I had an easy time and appreciate everyone’s willingness to help one another."
