"Every time I have to call in as my friends rep payee I get the run around from them, I sit on hold for anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours and at least half the time I'm hung up on before speaking to anyone. There's no place to park so can't just go in and deal with an issue not that I can devote the entire day away from kids and work to sit there and have them refuse to talk to me if I don't have my friend with me so thats two people who have to spend all day at an office to quite literally change an address typo on their side. love it"

I understand that answering questions can be tedious but allow callers to ask the question without talking over them or jumping to quick conclusion. \n\nOverall, a better experience than dealing with the office in Worcester."

"Terrible service. Essentially incompetent. I had scheduled a phone call today for 10:15 AM that never came. After 1/2 hour of waiting I called SS and was told that the local office had failed to make the call and they would call within 1/2 hour. That was 1 and 1/4 hours ago and still no phone call. The office is now closed. Very exasperating and consistent with other reviews for this office."
