"The very nice man who called about my social security debt was very helpful, it was very hard to understand his thick Indian accent but when I told him I didn’t have the 4,678$ he offered I pay the debt in target gift cards. It’s very nice that he was willing to work with me so my social security number didn’t get taken away from me and I would have to go to jail."

"I went there, spent all my morning and the person that was supposed to help me out was so rude! They thought that I already knew how to do everything and they were so unhelpful when I needed help.\nIf you are going to be working with people you could be more understanding and nicer! Not all of us know how everything works, specially if we aren’t from this country."

"They were very helpful and aided me with even more knowledge about things I never knew I had"

"As soon as you arrive, you'll need to get a ticket at the kiosk to wait in line. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 1:00pm and only waited for 45 minutes. I had filled out the application ahead of time and after speaking with someone for 10 minutes I was done. Very efficient staff as long as you're patient enough to wait for a little while and PAY ATTENTION to when your number is called."

"Wait time is horrible... they need to make people attend the social security office that is closest to there zip code. The staff is very vague and nonchalant which tends to piss the patrons off after waiting for so long to be helped. The the Security Guards are nice."
