"I've visited 3 times over the past 2 years. Yesterday was a notable improvement. Seems to reflect attention to process and to the reality that customers don't understand the system as well as the professional who work there. There's a surge of people waiting at the 9AM opening time. A pleasant woman helped that series of people register and answered questions. She also noted that some people might be speak to a representative, then asked to complete some paperwork, then return to the window. This seemed to help with workflow in my case. And, there was a careful explanation at the end of my conversation of what would happen next, and what timing to expect."

"This will be my 3rd day going to SSA in Annapolis. First day I arrived, I waited, then we were all told they were closing at 1pm but there was no snow coming! It rained and if they had listened and watched the weather, they would \nhave known! Second day I arrived before they opened...went it, waited for a very short time but then was told no one was there to assist me for the reasons I was there! Let's see what awaits me this morning.
