"Chances are if someone is collecting disability benefits why make their life more difficult by being rude and nasty to them?\n\nCompassion goes a long way. Pretty sad my children and I were not shown any by the BG SSA office this holiday season. Hopefully if God ever makes you disabled, or gives you a disabled child that the two workers that handled my case get a little more kindness than they showed my family."

"I have lived in California (San Bernardino & Los Angeles) for 50 + years, going to the Social Security office has always been grueling, wait times of an hour minimum. This office in Bowling Green Kentucky has a wait time of about 10 minutes that's incredible. Possibly this is the typical wait time for the state of Kentucky! This is my second visit here."

"My wait was five minutes or less, and Aimee was very kind and helpful. I was impressed with how quick and effective my visit was."

"I just left this place and I’m kind of disappointed with the service I got. It was fairly quick, but I had a question regarding if there was any sort of copy I could get to show my new place of employment proof of my social so I can start work. The lady just kept repeating the same statement back to me with a bit of an attitude rather than hearing me out as to what I was asking for. It was almost robotic the way she kept repeating the same line of “you’ll get your card in two weeks and you’ll get a receipt today.†Overall, not a bad experience but I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received when asking it question. It left me leaving feeling like I asked a dumb question."

"This place is one of the best places in Ky and the best employee I saw in my life I finished all my papers in a short time and the smile did not leave her face really very beautiful person and have a lot of thanks and respect as she works in nets (d)"
