"Needed to update my tax withholding for SS. Wife and I were in out in no time. Gentleman that helped us was courteous and made sure our form was filled out correctly. Will be changed today."

"Just came from the Office in LaSalle. The man that I talked too was very rude. I was trying to ask a question so I wouldn't make a mistake and he said everything was set-explanatory and just fill it out and send it in. At one point he said he wasn't going to waste his time and help. This person should not be working with the public people especially the older ones. I just hope everything is right when I fill it out. I also told him my Accountant said to go to the office and talk to them in person. He said 'she had no right telling me to come to the office. That was wrong. This is all NEW to me and you are here to help us. I wish I knew this guys name. I would love to report him. This guy doesn’t deserve to work there."
Steve Caveglia - October, 2019
