"I am use to being in the social security office for hours on end but today I went in and came right out 20-25 mins late. I was grateful for Mr.Williams who was very understanding, kind and patient with me. Being 8 months pregnant, I’m often pressure to hurry up and move faster. However, I was so very glad that he didn’t rush me, force me to hurry or make me feel bad about my speed and comprehension. I am grateful for that Chicago heights location."

"Going into any government office is not my idea of a good time. But I was especially dreading this place because of the previous reviews. I needed a new social security card after getting married. I didn't have to wait more than an hour and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Washington. He was professional, pleasant and obviously very competent at his job. I appreciate the stellar service!"

"Very professional & organized 1st come 1st served basis waiting since area is highly populated I assume serving a dense population of recipients. Thank you for taking good care of my needs as a payee. Keep up the good work seems some of us always just want to complain, tear down others& play the role of the victim constantly????"

"I received excellent service. I didn't mind the wait. Because its for me. The service that was rendered was very informative. I was applying for my social security benefits. The customer service rep. Had patience and was open to my question and concerns. People should realize that we live in a large Metropolitan City. And the office has to service over a hundred people a day. Being angry don't make the Wait shorter or pleasant for you."

"I went to this location to do a name change and I was out in 15 mins. The person that helped me was Deven Williams. He was one of the most polite and professional people I’ve worked with at the SSA office. Good job Mr Williams."
