"We spent 1.5 hours while people that came in after us were seen. My elderly mother explained she was diabetic and they seemed to not care at all. \n\nI stepped to one of the back widows where we were waiting to be seen and there were 3 associates one leaned against the wall and one in the chair discussing their plans for the weekend. \n\nMy mother and I got ready to leave so that she could eat and the security person asked â€œoh are you leavingâ€ we stated again that she was diabetic and getting sick, and that people were being called ahead of her. Of course he smiles and says sometimes that happens, oh and we close at 4. \n\n? we ate and were tempted to come back and sit until 3:55 and then pull a new #.\n\nThey seem to have NO sense of urgency at all!!!"
