"Absolutely HORRIBLE, they magnify the 'typical government employee stereo-type'. I have had a 'case worker' for my SSD blatantly lie to me over the phone, neglect to process information for SIX WEEKS and then tell me I was sent a letter in the mail, which I never received. So, imagine my surprise when neither cell phone, home phone, or mail service seemed to get me the response she allegedly sent me. The MAJOR issue for me is, THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Everyone is faceless, nameless, and could care less. If they had lost their income for nearly a year, I wonder if they would work a little harder or wish they had someone in their corner processing paperwork in a more timely manner? I don't know about you but, in my entire career, if it took me over six weeks to respond to a client, customer or fellow employee, I would have been written up.....IMMEDIATELY....there is no excuse.....to treat me or anyone else this way....DO YOUR JOB!"

"If I could given this place a 0 star, I would have. I had the opportunity to experience one of our government’s finest establishment. The lines are long, nothing gets accomplished. Are you surprised? If protecting individual SSNs is a priority then get a privacy screen for the kiosk. This place is in the little leagues compared to any other of the poorly ran government organizations. It’s ran like a prison. \n\nOther fun facts: \n\nThe “armed†security guard thinks he’s the head prison guard. If he wore his rank I might have taken him more serious. \n\nMake sure your phone is on silent or the guard will ask you to leave. \n\nThe building is too small to accommodate more than 35 people.\n\nThis place was at least clean."
