"It would be nice if the office provided a drop off mail box 24/7 instead of having to get in line and wait just to drop off documents, it would be extremely helpful fo us that work. Also I suggest the call back service like the DMV, I've been on the line for an hour hiding behind my desk. After waiting on the line they could not help me because the 1-800 office has different information than my local office so I now have to call my local office that I though I was calling in the first place, once I get in contact with them I must request to them to update my information to the 1-800 office. Its a bit confusing."

"This place is a hot mess for SSI. Iâ€™ve been here for about 2 and a half hours waiting to speak to a clerk. They are so slow at this location. The guard was friendly but that is the only nice thing I can think of about this place. If you donâ€™t have an appointment they go even slower so plan hours in advance for a long wait."
