"So in the past I have always had great customer service.. However upon placing multiple calls to the SS office upon recent.. I have made several calls during business hours and then nothing.. They closed and I was just hanging on the line for hours.. It would be nice if they just let you know.. Hey we. are now closed. We didn't get to you so call back tomorrow. However, no not a word except the usual recording.. We will get to u soon.. Really? Then why am I still on the list e multiple times and nobody ever gets to me.. That is ridiculous"

"Horrible. Fast to get called but it depends on who you get whether or not u accomplish anything. If it's a difficult or detailed issue, the younger mongloid looking Hispanic male ain't the one you want. Didn't seem to care about my issue at all. Shrugged his shoulders at least 5 x. I know he could've helped me out a lot better. Maybe cause I am not Hispanic? Wouldn't doubt it. Racism at it's best. But can't say that. It's SS .... God forbid. Joke. Complete waste of time. Going a different route now that I know my options. But I figured those out on my own. No help from a young lazy racist office worker. Be careful who you get at the window. Make an appt. if you can. Best possible outcome."
