General: How do I manually add a receipt without scanning?

You can manually add a receipt in the SimplyWise Receipt Scanner app without taking a photo.

To manually add a receipt:

1. Tap the camera icon on your home screen
2. Tap “Skip” in the bottom-right corner
3. Manually enter all the receipt data such as date, merchant name, amount, etc.
4. Tap the folders line to select which folder you want to save it to
5. Tap Save

This creates a digital receipt that you can categorize and organize just like your scanned receipts.
