Subscription & Billing: How do I cancel my Cost Estimator subscription or get a refund?

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, SimplyWise support cannot access or modify your subscription — you’ll need to cancel and request a refund directly through the app store you used.

On Android (Google Play Store):

  1. Open the Google Play app
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Select the SimplyWise Cost Estimator subscription
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
  6. To request a refund, tap Request a refund after cancelling

On iPhone/iPad (Apple App Store):

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the SimplyWise Cost Estimator subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
  6. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled and won’t renew
  7. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
