Can I use decimal tax rates?

You can add this by using the following steps: 

1. Tap into the saved estimates
2. Navigate to where the line items are located
3. Tap +Item on the far right
4. Rename item from mark up to tax
5. Tap percentage
6. Enter the exact percentage
7. Tap Save
