You may need to refresh your SimplyWise app from time to time. Usually this need arrises with a small update to the app.
To refresh, just open your SimplyWise app to the Home screen and open the sidebar menu by tapping on the three horizontal lines icon in the upper left corner.
Next to your name at the top of the menu you’ll see a refresh icon (two arrows circling one another). Tap this to refresh!
