There are a few different ways to get those e-receipts into your SimplyWise account:
- Manually forward individual emails to your personalized SimplyWise email address. To do so, tap into the menu, then on the “Email” tab. From there you’ll see “manually forward” – tap on this and you’ll see a personalized email address. You can forward emails that you get to that address (CUSTOMER@docs.simplywise.com). Then they’ll appear in your SimplyWise app.
- Set up “Auto-Detect” and connect your email – then the app will automatically upload anything it recognizes as an email receipt. To do so, tap into the menu, then on “Email” and then on “sync accounts” and follow the instructions.
- You can also take a screenshot of those e-receipts and upload them into the app just like a paper receipt. To do this, you’ll tap the camera icon and then access your photo library from your device to upload those photos.
