Yes! From the Home screen, tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen to unlock Edit Mode. You’ll know you’re in Edit Mode when the + ADD Folder button pops up in a new window.
Press and hold a folder and drag it on top of another one to create that folder group.
