OSHA’s “Focus Four” Hazards
OSHA construction training materials group four hazards as the “Fatal Four” or “Focus Four.” If you do nothing else, make these the first hazards you control on every job site.
1. Falls (the number one killer)

4. Caught-In/Between

Subcontractor Safety Requirements
