SimplyWise reads room dimensions off the LiDAR sensor on a Pro iPhone. The measurements land in the estimate with no tape and no plan set. Contractor+ takes measurements the other way. You type them into Estimatic, or you upload an EagleView or Hover report. A sweep of their pricing page and eleven feature pages on September 2, 2026 found no phone scan.
Before and after visualization
Show the homeowner the finished job before they sign. SimplyWise renders a before and after view from the photo you already shot. Contractor+ stores progress photos in its client portal and logs them to the job. That is photo storage. Their own pages do not list a visualization feature.
