I deleted the app but I’m still being charged – how do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. If you set up your SimplyWise subscription through the Apple App Store, you’ll need to cancel within your Apple Settings:

**Cancel a subscription on your iPhone/iPad:**
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find and select your SimplyWise subscription to cancel it.

For refunds on App Store purchases, you’ll need to request a refund directly through Apple, as SimplyWise does not have access to subscriptions or payments made through the App Store.
